DESIGNATED APPRAISERS (DAC, DAR) REQUIRED - GREATER TORONTO AREA.

Leander Property Appraisals Inc. has been providing quality real estate appraisal services, mainly to financial institutions, since 1987. Due to an increase in business we are looking to add to our appraiser staff. This opportunity would suit both those looking for a full-time exclusive relationship as well as those currently underutilized in their present position, willing to take on additional assignments.

Our appraisers work on a contract basis, generally based in their home offices, but accountable to, and supported by, our central administration staff. Accordingly, candidates must be self-motivated, have excellent organizational and time management skills, and be able to produce quality reports, meeting all professional standards and deadlines. Remuneration is on a fee split basis.

We are currently looking to improve our coverage in the Uxbridge, Stouffville, East Gwillimbury, Georgina, Innisfil and Caledon areas.
